We require an annual policy that covers liability and equipment, plus comp & collision auto if you are hiring our vehicles. We will accept short-term policies only under certain conditions. If you have short-term with “insuremyequipment.com”, it’s very unlikely we’ll accept insurance from them. Click HERE for our requirements in a sample COI.

If we don’t know you, we have to vet you! We perform a simple series of identity checks that guarantees you are who you say you are. Slight pain, but we live in a world where identity fraud is a real issue. Every rental house in Nashville has been burned recently, so we take this step very seriously. Payment terms vary depending on how well we know you, the spend amount, project, etc. New clients pay at pick-up. Payment by wire, ACH, or credit card is preferred. We will add a 3.5% credit card fee. Clients we have a relationship with can pay by check.
